This all depends on you, your needs and goals.

  1. When do you like to train? Early morning, lunchtime, straight after work, when the kids are asleep?

  2. In a group, by yourself, with a friend or family member? (a little competition and support can be good).

  3. Do you want to compete in the 2012 Olympics or just walk upstairs without feeling puffed?

  4. What do you like to do? - you’re more likely to achieve your goals if you are doing something you enjoy.












Personal Training

For one or two people a personally designed workout to suit you - great if you have never tried a personal trainer before and want to see how it will work for you.

It is now a well known fact that exercise when combined with a balanced diet gives the best results. Your trainer will provide advice and asses your current eating habits so you can achieve the body size you want.

For even better value and to ensure you achieve your long term goals book 10 sessions in advance. 




Keep Fit with Friends

A great way to keep fit and catch up with friends on a weekly basis. This involves an outdoor session tailored to the needs of your group in a park near you.

If you have a couple of friends with similar goals and like to keep exercise fun then this is the one for you.

Guaranteed small group with minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6.

At edinburghBuggyBootcamp we get you out of the coffee and cake mornings and into the park. Not just to beat the bulge but to meet other like minded mums (and dads!) and have a bit of fun whilst exercising.


We follow a tailor-made programme with elements of cardio, strength, posture and those all important core muscles exercises that will have you back in shape in no time!


Our workouts cater for all fitness levels and fitness needs, but if your main aim is to get you and your baby out of the house for some fresh air, then you will feel at home here too!

However we recommend waiting at least 6 weeks before starting any exercise programme.

Please get your doctor's permission before starting this or any other exercise.
